Mediclinic Middle East, an affiliate of the Mediclinic International, is joining hands with Al Murjan – a leading Saudi Arabian family business group, for the establishment of an internationally accredited private hospital with 200 beds in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Mediclinic Al Murjan Hospital expected to open by early 2023 will comprise of eight floors, offering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services including general surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, orthopaedics, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, emergency and trauma care

We are now inviting applications from well-established and experienced consultants/specialists/GPs in the specialty of obstetrics & gynaecology who would like to be a part of the Mediclinic Al Murjan Hospital team. 


  1. Provide a comprehensive professional and ethical quality clinical services to patients in an effective and efficient manner
  2. Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care
  3. Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality management standards
  4. Maintain accurate medical records
  5. Ensure excellence in medical practice is maintained by focusing on continuous professional development of self and others
  6. Maintain integrity in professional services by executing clinical services in an ethical and responsible manner


Essential: Basic medical degree and completion of higher education programme (fellowship/diploma) recognised by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties

Certification and registration in a speciality recognised by relevant Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

Active and valid life support certification (e.g. BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP as relevant and required for the specialty)

Desired: Speciality specific


Essential minimum experience: At least 3-5 years’ post qualification experience at Consultant/Specialist/GP level as per the job role



  • Ability to facilitate and support clinical clerkship training for medical students and junior colleagues
  • Proficiency in an electronic medical record system
  • Effective communication
  • Knowledge of clinical audit standards and processes
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage)
