MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Support the sustainable growth and development of the Continuum of Care Business, the following primary responsibilities needs to be delivered upon:

· manage the financial governance framework

· provide sufficient and professional support with regards to financial management

· ensure that all patient admin processes are continuously improved and updated 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Lead and manage the team efficiently and effectively

Monitor and manage financial governance by ensuring financial compliance to regulatory, legislative and internal processes and practices

Establish, maintain and monitor all financial processes that will enable the financial stability and growth of the facility

Ensure effective and efficient stores and material management

Provide management and guidance to the front office function and monitor the effectiveness of all related processes

Effective and efficient management of data to provide relevant business information

Provide effective and efficient operational support when needed

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in commerce or related field

Desired: Formal relevant financial qualification

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: 5+ years’ management experience in a similar position

Desired: Experience with administration management in the healthcare industry, including relevant financial functions

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Application of sound budgeting and financial planning and management principles
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding and the correct application of business metrics, governance and risk management
  • Demonstrates sound knowledge and understanding of financial statutory requirements and the ability to manage hospital finances accordingly
  • Financial statements and reporting
  • Financial systems (SAP, HIS)
  • Knowledge of Funders and related processes and rules
  • Patient administration systems and related processes
  • Stock control principles and management
  • UAE regulations and laws
